Gwen's Chocolates, Schull

In a tiny little shop on Schull's main street, Frenchwoman Gwen sells delicious handmade chocolates. We stopped there on our first trip to town last week and I went again today on my own to pick out another little bag of delectable goodies. I wonder if next time I do a food apprenticeship I could do it in a chocolaterie??
